So I Had My Period Last Week And My Boyfriend

So I had my period last week and my boyfriend and I had intercourse after my period and protected and I have been having light brown stuff coming from me and I looked it up and it said I could have a Std but my boyfriend was my first and I was his. Or early pregnancy or the vaginal cleaning which one do you think it is?
