So I Had This Pimple In Between My Collar Bones,

So I had this pimple in between my collar bones, naturally I picked it. It scabbed over, then a scar appeared. It looks like a pimple, but it has been there for a couple months and every time I touch it it gets super red irritated.

In addition, I also have black and white heads along my collar bones. At first I just tried to keep it super clean, but they did not heal. I got frustated and picked them to death. Now it's even worse and my entire chest, collar bones especially, are broken out, irritated, and scared.

Does anyone know how I would treat this? I desperately need help. I have a dance performance in five days and I really need to get my chest clear ASAP. Please help!!!
