So I Have 2 Dimples On My Bum Right At

So I have 2 dimples on my bum right at the top of the crack. It's makes a 'Y' shape. I already know they're just dimples and not a disease. Is there a way to get rid of them naturally? Or is this something I need a surgery or injection for? I have had them since I was little and I want to get rid of them. What should I do?
