So I Have A Problem, It's Really Embarrassing And I've

So I have a problem, it's really embarrassing and I've been too scared to tell anyone.for the past couple of years I have been getting bumps on my inner thighs , they come and go some hurt and some don't. I also get little blue dots that when I squeeze them they come off. I feel itchy down there and sometimes get the bumps on the lip part of my vagina.its also dark down there compared to my regular skin color. Please please please help
