So, I Have A Raised Bump On The Other Edge

So, I have a raised bump on the other edge of my labia and it's very painful to the touch. There isn't any rash and it's just a single lump. It gets bigger and more raised by the week and it's started leaking whitish clear fluids. I've never had sexual intercourse, but I haven't been tested for any kind of sexually transmitted infection. It doesn't seem to be leaking from a specific spot either.
