So I Have A Sore On My Cheek It Is

So I have a sore on my cheek it is a white circle with a slight red ring around the edge of it. under it is a slightly smaller white sore. It has only come on about a day or so ago. I just wanted to know if it is a canker sore or the early stages of cancer
