So, I Have Aids And I Have Not Been On

So, I have aids and I have not been on my meds for over a year. I have an appointment with my specialist on the 30th. But for the last week or so I have been feeling floating or lost semi dizzy and sick to my stomach and weak and achy. More than likely my cd4 is below 50 and viral load is more than likely sky high. Is there anything related to my condition that I should be worried about? I keep getting scared because I feel like I could be dying but not sure if it is my subconscious causing anxiety because I knowas how bad my immune system is right now. Plz help
