So I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Potential Lupus (Have ANA 1:2560, Malar Rash and many symptoms) I also may have Ankylosing Spondylitis (Positive HLA-B27, lots of back pain) I have many aliments in my joints and muscles and most recently a new symptom that is extremely bothering me is the inside of my cheeks, possibly muscles, on both sides it is very painful. Can this be from one of the above issues or is this something I should get additionally checked?
