So I Have Had A Swollen Right Eye For 6

So I have had a swollen right eye for 6 days now and my eye is red, sensitive to any sort of lighting, and usually very painful every time I move my eyes even in small movements and when I lightly touch it. Out of any time of the day I get sharp excrutiaing pain and hurts when I cry of pain. I also have a tiny ulcer like thing next to my tear duct. Redness has spread to other eye and pain too but no other symptoms. My mom sent pictures of my eyes to an allergist and he said it was a viral infection, but I feel like it is more than that. Any suggestions?
