So I Have Heart Problems Two Kinds Of Tachycardia Afib

So I have heart problems two kinds of tachycardia afib and something else that starts with an a I ended up in the hospital twice called paramedics four times and im not getting any answers what do you do when your doctor says oh you can go swimming but not the hottub when your heart results look normal on both heart monitors and both ekgs look normal thyroid tests look good bloodtest look good urin tests look good blood gas tests look good ive had 2 bags of fluids 4 baby aspirin high heart rate of 250 and high blood pressure of 146 over 156 and low heart rate of 25 I dont know what to do anymore cause ive been passing out alot at home and at swimming pools including the hottubs ive had this problem for 6 months now since 2 augusts ago on the 26th I was volunterily tazed by the police department and thats how I got heart problems
