So I Have The Nexaplon Birth Control But I Have

So I have the nexaplon birth control but I have had things going on. For two or so months that I looked up and could be sign of pregnancy. The dots on my areola of my breast have gotten larger. My nipple has also darkened but only my nipple.and bout a month ago I used to get shooting pains when I would have to fart the would hurt badly. Also my stomach has gotten bigger but its not super hard its like kinda soft I dnt know I these are possibilities or me just being paranoid any answers? YYYY@YYYY
