So I Have Vaginal Itching Only Internally No Smell No

So I have vaginal itching only internally no smell no discharge no itching on the outside anywhere. Dr said bacterial infection, gave me flagyl gel and now I am taking flagyl tablets. Dr. just called and said no std which I knew because I dont have sex and no bacterial infection, no yeast infection so what could be going on with me.
