So I Hit My Head At A Party Thursday Night

So I hit my head at a party Thursday night and I got a concussion. I got a CT scan from the hospital and I have no bleeding or bruising in my brain. But, I am still experiencing concussion symptoms of being off-balanced, kind of like I'm tipping to the left (the side I hit my head on). Is it normal that I'm still experiencing this days later? It is Monday afternoon now.
