So I Just Had Sex (using A Condom, Because Protection

So I just had sex (using a condom, because protection is important) and when I sat down to pee (to further prevent infection!) I noticed I was bleeding as if I had gotten my period. I've had a Minerva IUD For around 2 years now and when I first got it my period stopped all together. Recently I've been bleeding a little more. I had a full period in December and I spotted a little bit in early June. Is this post-coital bleeding normal? Can sex wear down the cervix making blood come out faster? Let me know, I just want to make sure everything is normal. Thanks.
