So I Left And A Tampon In For At Least

So I left and a tampon in for at least two days and I found it on Friday, the last day I used one was on Tuesday evening. On Thursday I started to have diarrhea and a low grade fever but at the time I thought it was possibly something I ate. After that I felt much better on Friday until the evening when I had the diarrhea again. It hasn't gone away and I have felt nauseous and I feel like I'm running a fever and my lower back and lower stomach has developed a very dull ache. Any suggestions on what to do ? My mom thinks I'm over reacting so I'm trying to find some answers
