So I Noticed This Small Bite Looking Thing A Few

So I noticed this small bite looking thing a few days ago. It developed into a boil within 8 hours and stared to swell. After about 12 hours my leg was very swollen with a small red area. Since then, the boil and red area grew. The boil popped within about 36 hours and the red area got redder and larger. after about 48 hours, the swelling and redness are starting to go away but I noticed swelling about 5-8 inches from the original site. I can attach pictures of the current wound. The new swelling is itchy and hasn't increased but it's not present on my other leg and I'm worried. The original site was very itchy and painful, it even put a strain on walking. Please help
