So I Poked My Finger On A Rusty Nail, But

So I poked my finger on a rusty nail, but The finger never bleeded at all and the skin of my finger didn't look like it broke . It feels a little numb / swollen. I washed my hands many times and put an antibacterial cream on my finger. every time I press on the location where I poked my finger on the rusty nail it looks like if blood trying to get out of my skin but nothing is coming out. Should I be concern should I go to the hospital for tetanus? I'm only 17 years old..
