So I Pulled Out My Tampon Earlier Today And With

So I pulled out my tampon earlier today and with it, came a piece of what I think was skin. It was thick and stretchy and kinda looked like you had held it round the end of your thumb... That sort of shape!! Any idea what this could have been? There was no pain with this!
