So I Recently Got Rid Of Some Genital Warts On

So I recently got rid of some genital warts on my frenulum with ACV which really tore it up but definitely lessened the warts. It has finally all healed but I tried to have unprotected sex with my girlfriend last night and it tore a little again. Have I tried to start having Sex too prematurely or do I now just have a weak scarred frenulum?
