So I Recently Had A CSection 6/13 Then About 2

So I recently had a CSection 6/13 then about 2 weeks after CSection I was hospitalized due to an UTI and an infection in my uterus that had spread to my bloodstream I was in the hospital for like 5 days with IV antibiotics then put on two different antibiotics when I left the hospital for 10 days in the infectious disease doctor. Anyways I finished those and shortly after that I developed a boil on my butt, a few days after it popped up three more popped up in my groin area and the one on my butt got huge. My OB prescribed bactrim and I've been on it for 3 days now but the boils are still here and extremely painful also two more have popped up. I'm almost certain there is something wrong and they hurt so bad I feel sick, I'm nauseous and dizzy. No fever so I know they aren't something too serious but I've tried everything to ease them or help them pop and heal. I been taking hot Epsom salt baths, bleach baths, tired the boil salve but they hurt so bad even the air from the fan causes shooting pain, I'm wondering what the next step is, or if there is any thing I should be doing to differently and why they won't go away.
