So I Recently Have Had Some Vaginal Issues. It Started

So I recently have had some vaginal issues. It started out as a yellowish thick discharge. It burned to pee. I was peeing often. And itched a bit down there. I took a pill for alleviating uti symptoms on day one of issues with peeing. I then noticed that I was very red/swollen down there and I have a purplish spot on each side of my labia minor. So i started taking monistat 3 days ago. I don't have a burning pee sensation during thr day anymore. But the purpleish spot and swollen opening is still there. Could it be a yeast infection after all or bv? I'm terrified my only sexual experience has landed me with herpes...
