So I Recently Have Noticed That Every Day Around 2pm

So I recently have noticed that every day around 2pm I become very fatigued and unable to focus. I have even nodded off during phone calls. Before this came about I was having severe headaches only on the back left side of my head. The chiropractor I worked for checked my blood pressure in both arms and the right was 127/77 and my left was 105/58. He was worried so I went to a doctor and they weren't concerned and prescribed me ibuprofen for the headache but I think it is more than that. The headaches aren't as bad now and only come and go where they were all day none stop but now I am having this fatigue and I am wondering if I should be worried. Thank you for your help in advance.
