So I Started Getting This Cough About 2 Weeks Ago

So I started getting this cough about 2 weeks ago and it was like a productive loose cough and now is like stuck in my chest and it's my making my chest super tight and everytime I breathe in I'm like coughing and that's making me puke and I just puking and puking and puking hydrated and so I can't keep anything down nothing to drink. A very shaky I'm freezing cold but I'm sweaty
