So, I Started Off By Having Tonsillitis, With A Cough

So, I started off by having tonsillitis, with a cough and such. Then my sinuses began to hurt and get bunged up. They have improved, but I now have a latge bump on the roof of my mouth that’s off to the right, which didn’t hurt, began to hurt, and then stopped hurting again. I also now have another bump coming up behind it. I’m 14 and rather worried, could anyone tell me what it is?
