So I Tried To Pop These Things On My Testicles

So I tried to pop these things on my testicles that look like pimples but I couldn't . I squeezed hard as I could but they just won't pop . Any idea of what these pimple looking things are ? And How do I get rid of them I want them gone immediately . They make me look dirty .
