So I Wa Taking 400 Mg Of Diphenhydramine A Night

So I wa taking 400 mg of diphenhydramine a night for sleep along with 100 mg of zoloft, 2 mg of prazazonon and 5 mg of trazadone. My doctor changed my medication to help me sleep to 10 mg of ambaine, 40 mg of Prozac and 2 mg of prazazonon. I have been taking it since Friday and my head feels like it's on fire and I'm always tired and extremely shakey. Does that sound right?
