So I Was At McDonalds, And I Work Lobby. I

So I was at McDonalds, and I work lobby. I was told to clean the bathroom trash cans. I had a open cut wound that was sorta dried up blood, but it was visible. I stuck my hand into the trash can, and touched a napkin with blood on it which hit my open wound. Can I get any dieseases from this?
