So, I was at the gym earlier and doing deadlifts. On my last set i tried pulling and it felt like someone kicked my really hard in my knees and back and i pretty much fell over. The weirdest part is that ive done heavier weights before, my friend reassured that my form was good and this happened before the weight even got off the ground. Now my lower back really hurts, it hurts to do any spinal flexion or extension and when sitting theres a numb pain. There doesnt seem to be much problem with lateral movement but there is with rotational movement. What would you suggest i do until i can schedule an appointment with a doctor or chiropractor?
