So I Was At Work And All Of Sudden I

So I was at work and all of sudden I was hit with nausea and almost fainted. It has not gone away it's been like four hours and i got this terrible foul taste in my mouth. I can't even move with out wanting to puke. I'm 21 years old, smoker and drinker. 100 pounds and 5'2".
