So I Was Diagnosed With Laryngitis And Early Pneumonia At

So I was diagnosed with Laryngitis and early pneumonia at the beginning of this month. Took antibiotics (zpak). Felt better and last week went back to working out. Up until today I woke with a very raw feeling in the back of the throat... thought maybe it's the dry air. Went and did a cardio workout and it hurt to breath big breaths during workout. I can swallow without it hurting but can tell it's "raw" at the back of my throat. I had a little cough earlier today and that really hurt. Wondering what this could be...
