So I Was Diagnosed With Hydrodanitis Suprativia And I Have

So I was diagnosed with hydrodanitis suprativia and I have a huge cycst under my arm the won't go away I also have another huge one coming in under my other arm and a few in my groin area I always keep them clean and dry and put antibiotics on them but now they are starting to hurt and won't go away and even getting a smell to them like greasy French fry type of smell is there a possibility I have staff or what would this be I even have them on my face now by they don't smell they just burn and hurt really bad
