So I Was Going To Masturbate When I Felt Something

So I was going to masturbate when I felt something weird around my taint area. It looks like a pimple but it's like firm, It didn't have a white head but I could see blood and some clear some stuff in the top of it. My automatic response was to pop it, now it's just a lump on the side of my taint. I researched it and it sounds like a Sebaceous cyst, but idk. Please help!!!
