So I Went Pee Yesterday And When I Wiped I

So I went pee yesterday and when I wiped I noticed a big clump of white discharge and I was curious what it was so I kinda pinched it/ smushed it and it didn't break apart or anything it just kinda went back together and it was about the size of a nickel. I'm just really curious what it was or what it could be
