So I'm 16 and I've used weed 6 times. I keep reading things about shrinkage and reduced speed count and stuff like that. Let's say if that's true and I stopped smoking would my penis ever return to the normal size. People say it can shrink up to 1 centimeter. If I stopped would I gain back that centimeter?
