So, I'm A Teen And I Noticed 2 Days Ago

So, I'm a teen and I noticed 2 days ago that my vaginal area was kinda irritated. I looked my clitoral hood and labia minora and majora were irritated and swollen. I also have had cottage-cheese textured discharge (not alot). I've been extra careful and gentle towards this area. However, today I look at it and the swelling has gone down but there is more discharge and I cleaned down there and my clitoris has a tiny spot and it's blood (I was a little rough). It burns and it is uncomfortable.
