So I'm Actively Trying To Get Pregnant With My 3rd

So I'm actively trying to get pregnant with my 3rd child I do have Pcos and am taking 750mg of metformin twice daily. I used an opk and had positive results from the 6th through the 8th. I'm assuming I ovulated on the 7th. I'm now 5dpo and noticed I had some whitish/yellow discharge it wasn't a lot but it was noticeable. It doesn't smell itch or burn. I am cramping not severe also have a feeling like I have a heating pad in my uterus. Just have that warm feeling. Is this something I should be concerned about?
