So I'm Currently 5 Days Late For My Period. I

So I'm currently 5 days late for my period. I tested using two cheap tests on friday,the day after, and got two faint positives.. since then I done two digital tests from boots the next day and both came up with positive (saturday) On Monday I took 4 more cheap tests and they all came up positive however still faint but not as faint as the very first two tests. I have also done a clear blue test indicating that I'm pregnant 1-2 weeks on the Monday also...
The problem is I went to hospital last night (Monday night) as I was worried about chemical pregnancy and the fact that the lines were faint. They done two urine tests which both came back faint but positive. However the blood test came back negative:(.. they told me that it could be that I am too early for the test to detect pregnancy in my blood or It could be that I'm not pregnant at all..
My mind is all over the place.. has anyone had this before? I have about 10 positive urine tests digital and lines... so how could my blood be negative?
