So I'm In A Sad Situation Right Now. My Close

So I'm in a sad situation right now. My close friend was dealing with a liver cancer for the last two years. Since new year his situation was getting worse and worse. Right now he is in a hospital and doctors claims he is slowly starting to go into coma. All he does is sleep and he can barely walk. His behaviour was strange and he started asking some strange question. Also he was having awful pain in the stomach. I was wondering if the worst is coming closer. I want your honest opinion. Thanks.
