So I'm Kind Of Freaking Out Here I Was Stung

So I'm kind of freaking out here I was stung in the top left part of my head what I believe to be twice on Monday. No big deal not illergic or anything like that been stung before but I just happened to notice a lump the size of a pea or m and m on the left side of my neck just below the ear do you think I should have a dr look at it? I don't have insurance so I try to not go to the dr as much as possible but after googling lump on side of neck some crazy stuff comes up and now it's got me freaking out. I never noticed the lump before but that's not to say it wasn't there I just happened to rub that part of my head the other day. Any help or response would be great thank you very much.
