So I'm Not Sure If This Is Nerve Related, Or

So I'm not sure if this is nerve related, or testicle related, but about a month ago, I've had a rough masturbation session. I ejaculated three times one night and the final time, I felt this extreme burning sensation behind my scrotum. After that my testicles felt inflamed for about three weeks before going numb and I'm stuck with this weird feeling when I hit down it use to also be inflamed, but it just hurts But after a bowl movement. It's also sharp pains spreading down my leg as well. I'm not sure what it is :/
