So I’m Pretty Sure My Ear Is Infected Again But

So I’m pretty sure my ear is infected again but it’s worse this time than it has ever been before. My face on that side is swollen in front of and behind my ear my tonsil area on my neck on that side is swollen, it hurts to swallow and I keep getting these really sharp pains deep in my ear (also in front and behind my ear) that literally bring tears to my eyes because it hurts so bad and that’ll last for 20/30 seconds then go away and then come back every now and then. I just want to know if I should try to make an appointment, which usually takes a week or two to get in, or if I should just go to the ER now
