So I've Been Having A Nasty Thick Like Jelly Cough

So I've been having a nasty thick like jelly cough for 2 months , I cough up yellow in the morning then white then clear , and go through at least a roll of toilet tissue just to blow my nose , I have a very stiff neck , I have bad chest pains , and so hard of a time breathing that my chest will not expand enough to sneeze , I have a rash on my stomach that look dry and it's spreading , I have fatigue and a sore body , and I have these weird sharp little pains all over my body that feels like my leg or arm is going to sleep and once again I cough and sneeze up white chunks of mucus ,
