So I've Been Having This Pin And Needle Feeling All

So I've been having this pin and needle feeling all over my body, and while that happens, i get goosebumps all over my body when that happens, when it gets bad

i usallly always get it every day, either a little bit, but when I'm working,g it gets so bad i cant even work i gotta take it slow i can't move fast if so the prickly feeling gets worse
