So I've Been Tested For Aids And HIV/STD's And Both

So I've been tested for aids and HIV/STD's and both times came out negative. But my discharge is a yellowy white color and is sometimes thick. I've tried Monistat and other feminine vaginas medicine products but I also realized that I barely ever drink any water. Mostly soda. Can the odor of my discharge be caused because of my dehydration of water? I have no itching or anything, it's just the smell
