So I've Been Waiting For This To Heal Itself Or

So I've been waiting for this to heal itself or go away for months now and I'm starting to worry. I have a cut/scab/abrasion at the top of my but crack that at the beginning would bleed and form a scab but now it really just leaks an orange-ish puss and I just want it to go away. Do you know how I could remedy it? I tried putting Neosporin on it a few times but I don't think it helped.
