So I've Chewed I Started In My Junior Year And

So I've chewed I started in my junior year and quit for period of time and when summer came I chewed a lot sometimes quit for a week and got into my senior year and chewed a lot and just now I realized I have a swollen lymph node under my jaw one just beneath my ear one by my ear on the same side and on bumb on the back neck on hair line just kinda want to know what is going on
