So I've Had A Flu And Though My Fever And

So I've had a flu and though my fever and vomiting ended on Tuesday night, my appetite is gone and I've been in between gas cramps with constipation and the opposite of diaherria. I'm 17 and on my period as well, earlier today I felt a large pop in my abdominal region and since then I've been in intense pain and bleeding excessively. (3 full tampons in a matter of less than 3 hours)
