So Ive Had A Yeast Infection For A Week And

So Ive had a yeast infection for a week and went to my doctor this morning. She told me to take a tablet of fluconazole 150 mg every 72 hours for two-three days. So when I came home I took the pill, and everything is fine. It's just now I have my period and I was wondering if I can take midol with this pill? And also if there is anyway I can use Summer's Eve wipes? I'm just scared to irratate the yeast infection more.
