So A Couple Of Days Ago I Had Some Brown

So a couple of days ago I had some brown discharge when going to the bathroom. I was only one dpo at the most and didn't not even fully have intercourse but there was contact of the genitals. Now I have symptoms of acid reflux and did have one instance of a small amount of pink urine. I don't know if this is because of stress about all of these symptoms and lack of good diet the past couple of days but I'm looking for some answers.
