So A Few Days Ago, I Went To The Doctor

So a few days ago, I went to the doctor for headaches. I get really bad migranes, sometime to where can't even see straight. I have been taking these pills to prevent them for about two weeks and it seems to be working a little bit. My grandmother had the same condition and died from a heart attack. But, my great grandmother had the same thing and died from an aneurysm. Turns out they both had aneurysms and it is a high chance that I have now since it is hereditary. Is it possible that this is true?
